Residents, friends, and neighbors are all encouraged to participate in the parade — and entry is FREE! Decorate your bike, car, truck, lawn mower, golf cart, boat, wagon, or anything else and join the fun!
📍 Line up between 10:15–10:45 A.M. at the intersection of Ebb Tide Drive and Blackwell Rd. No previous registration necessary — just check in at the table. The Oak Grove Fire Department will start the parade promptly at 11:00 A.M.

Our Community
Ebb Tide Beach is a peaceful, residential community nestled along the Potomac River in Westmoreland County, Virginia. Made up of diverse families — business professionals, craftsmen, and retirees — we're united by a love of the river, the land, and each other.
Exclusive to dues-paying members & their guests
All of our officers and board members are your neighbors — unpaid volunteers who care deeply about the future of Ebb Tide Beach.
Incorporated as a non-stock/non-profit organization, every dollar of dues is reinvested directly into our neighborhood and beach.
We maintain gravel roads, the beach area, pier, pavilion, memorial garden, and more — keeping ETB beautiful year-round.
From member cookouts to the Christmas Party, our calendar is full of traditions that bring neighbors together.
Join or Renew
Annual dues keep our community running — maintaining the private beach, roads, and organizing events. Dues must be received by April 30, 2026 to maintain gate card access and voting privileges.
⚠️ Member dues now include a $10 late fee ($135 total due).
