Our Community
Ebb Tide Beach is a peaceful, residential community nestled along the Potomac River in Westmoreland County, Virginia. Made up of diverse families — business professionals, craftsmen, and retirees — we're united by a love of the river, the land, and each other.
Exclusive to dues-paying members & their guests
All of our officers and board members are your neighbors — unpaid volunteers who care deeply about the future of Ebb Tide Beach.
Incorporated as a non-stock/non-profit organization, every dollar of dues is reinvested directly into our neighborhood and beach.
We maintain roads, the beach area, pier, pavilion, memorial garden, and more — keeping ETB beautiful year-round.
From the 4th of July Parade to the Christmas Party, our calendar is full of traditions that bring neighbors together.
Join or Renew
Annual dues keep our community running — maintaining the private beach, roads, and organizing events. Dues must be received by April 30, 2026 to maintain gate card access and voting privileges.

The current gate access system is being replaced with a modern system in April 2026. All FY-2027 members will receive new gate cards on or before May 2, 2026. The new system will include multiple surveillance cameras for beach and pavilion security.
Please fill out and mail your application form each year along with your check. Include your gate card number (upper-right corner of existing card).
Correspondence: Email is preferred — faster and saves postage. Include your email on the form.
